Rescue The Data From Your Dell PC

I have a Dell Dimension which is not operating as it should. When I turn it on, I can hear the CPU fan working very hard indeed, and sometimes it is so noisy that I get a headache from hearing it, and it can be heard in the next room, even with the door shut. When it gets like this, I have to turn off the system, and then start it back up again. I can sometimes have to do this three or four times before it takes the hint. After the successful start up, I can get into the desktop for a short period, but usually, it will freeze up after 2-3 minutes. If I try to adjust the cables in the back, after getting a warning about poor power supplies, then the computer will freeze up again. I need to get critical data I need for work from hard disk but the 2-3 minutes is not enough time to get the large files recovered.

DELL 8400:

I have a Dell 8400, I bought it several years ago, and it has had no warranty since about 2011. I recently wanted to upgrade the memory on system, but I have now run into problems. After I installed the new memory I cannot boot PC. I removed the new memory and replaced it with old memory and PC is still not booting up. I need the data recovered from the Dell PC.
