We arrange tracked, insured postage or a free courier collection from your Esher or Claygate address, and the device travels the short distance to our send-in lab in Guildford. Cost is clear from the outset. The diagnostic is free, and you get one fixed written quote — never an hourly rate that creeps. On logical recoveries it's no fix, no fee: if we can't get your data back, you pay nothing. Physical, mechanical, electrical and water-damage jobs require clean-room work and carry a 50% deposit up front, but that too is quoted and agreed before anything begins.
